A lifestyle Assessment focuses on all the key elements that will make you perform better on the bike or in multi-sport. An assessment will take 1-2 hours and will leave you with a protocol that will fit around your family, time commitments and job. By far the most effective go-faster product on offer at WyndyMilla. Follow the simple rules and you will notice an aesthetic and performance improvement every single day.
Lifestyle Assessments are only on offer with Henry ‘Wyndy’ Furniss. Henry has 10 years experience as one of London’s top Personal Trainers, has written for the Sunday Times, Evening Standard, Cycling Weekly etc etc has appeared on BBC London News, GMTV and C4 Fit Farm. Henry has also competed at the top level across many endurance sports. Booking in well in advance is recommended. An assessment will set out clearly defined goals and bodyfat targets. The price includes one 30 minute top up session.

WyndyMilla does not offer on-going Personal Training, however one off sessions are available to learn core training with weights and a swiss ball. Along with optimum nutrition and cardiovascular work, core training is one of the 3 vital components of any performance programme and is the one most often excluded. This kind of training is the fabric that holds any athlete together, keeps his/her metabolism and bone density high and is a preventative measure against injury.
If your not training every major muscle group at least once a week, you are missing a go-faster get-leaner trick. . BIG TIME!!
