HENRY FURNISS

HENRY FURNISS 33, has run London’s top mobile personal training company ‘THE FIRM’ www.thefirmpt.com since 2001. He graduated in business & finance at Durham in ’97. After a late start in endurance sport at 26, he competed in the 2002 Triathlon World Championships before turning to his strength, cycling at 29. He went on to join a very exclusive bunch of riders who have made it from unranked to elite in less than one year.  He has been in and out of the UK’s Elite top 20 cyclists ever since.

HENRY’S steadfast enthusiasm and flamboyant approach to cycling has rubbed of on many influential people outside of the normal box of cycling including; Greg Rusedski, Tom Aikens,  Darcy Bussel & bosses from Merrill Lynch & Polygon to name but a few. In setting up ‘WyndyMilla’, Henry & Nasima plan to fast-track many more people on course to their cycling dreams.

HENRY is one of London’s most respected Health & Fitness experts. He regularly contributes to features in the national press, prominent magazines, has appeared on BBC London news, GMTV & C4’s Fit Farm and is the male cycling face of ‘Maximuscle’.

In addition to the creation of ‘WyndyMilla’ Henry still runs ‘The Firm’. After marrying Nasima in 2007, Henry left his native Camden Town for the tranquillity of the countryside. Whilst still working in London, Henry & Nasima now live at the end of a bumpy track with their daughter Dalilah and chickens; Nadine, Sarah, Nicola, Kimberly & Cheryl.
