NASIMA SIDDIQUI

NASIMA SIDDIQUI, 30, ‘AKA TINY’, runs her super svelte personal training company ‘TINY’S’ www.tinyspersonaltraining.com which has been established for two years . In that time she has taken the female & teenage market by storm, whilst becoming the perfect female cycling role model. She graduated in Biology at Bath University in 2000. In 2007 she was 3rd girl in ‘La Marmotte’ Europe’s toughest cycle challenge after just one full season in the saddle.

NASIMA’S committed and fearless approach to cycling has inspired confidence in many women who may otherwise have resided themselves to life as ‘cycling widows’. In setting up ‘WyndyMilla’, Nasima plans to prove that cycling does not have to be an intimidating male dominated arena. Her attitude, ‘if you can’t beat them, join them’.

NASIMA is a girl on a mission to level the playing field. Why should only 15% of the UK’s cyclists be female? And yes, while she’s at it Nasima is creating a range of female kit, designed by women and made just for women. No more ‘shrink & pink’! Well, at least no more shrink….!

Off the bike, NASIMA is one on the UK’s leading lights in the field of youth and female health & fitness. As an ambassador for Maximuscle, she regularly writes features for their magazine and is their female cycling face for 2008.

After marrying Henry in 2007, Nasima left her native Sunbury for the tranquillity of the countryside. Whilst still working in London, Henry & Nasima now live at the end of a bumpy track with their daughter Dalilah and chickens; Nadine, Sarah, Nicola, Kimberly & Cheryl.
