Henry Furniss (Wyndy)

Henry Furniss is the co-founder of WyndyMilla and architect of the flamboyant approach to riding a bike that has proved such a hit with everyone who has been touched by the enthusiasm of the WyndyMilla world.

Before WyndyMilla, Henry ran London’s top mobile personal training company ‘The Firm’ from 2001 – 2008. Henry remains amongst London’s most respected Health & Fitness experts, over the last decade he has gained a vast wealth of knowledge in his role as a PT and has worked with many of the UK’s top business brains, celebrities & fashion icons. Henry has featured & written regularly in the national press whilst also making appearances on C4’s ‘Fit Farm’, GMTV and BBC London News.

Henry graduated in business & finance at Durham in ’1997, and then later studied personal training, sports therapy & nutrition. He competed in the Triathlon World Championships, before winning the first road race he entered a bit late in the day aged 29. Less than a year later he was an Elite cyclist and has been in and out of the UK’s top 100 riders ever since. Aside from his role in the evolution of the ‘WyndyMilla Empire’, Henry has been a consultant for Maxifuel since 2006.

Henry rides a WyndyMilla Foo Fighter and a prototype WyndyMilla Massive Attack AL Disc.

Nasima Siddiqui (Milla)

Nasima aka Tiny aka The ‘Milla’ part of WyndyMilla. Staunch advocate of equality for women in cycling and WyndyMilla club maestro.

James Gregory

When Operations Manager James isn’t managing the boring back-end of WyndyMilla or making sure your amazing bike is delivered on time, he is busy putting his ‘colouring in’ skills to the test; designing frames, clothing, kit and just about anything you can put designs on. He’s also highly skilled at photographing the wonderful bikes and people spread all over the WyndyMilla empire. James is never happier than when he’s in front of a massive spreadsheet.

Before James came to WyndyMilla, he worked in many different roles in and around the IT industry. Mainly based in customer service and systems delivery. It goes without saying, since James joined WyndyMilla in early 2015, he’s streamlined all our systems and workflow.

James suppresses his addiction to bikes by riding a prototype WyndyMilla Massive Attack, WyndyMilla Bog Warrior, Massive Attack AL Gravel, and Bird Cycleworks Aeris.

Andrew Pink

Pinky has been with working at WyndyMilla since Spring 2015. Having worked in a cafe after leaving college he's a dab hand behind the coffee machine whipping up the best Flat Whites in Seale. As well as working at WyndyMilla HQ during the week he is also the head coach for the WyndyMilla Kids Club.

In December 2015, Pinky was awarded the Under 25 ‘UK Coach of the Year’ at the UK Coaching Awards. Working hard with British Cycling, Andy went on to coach the GB cycling team at the 2016 Invictus Games; not only achieving a GB Gold Rush, but meeting Prince Harry and US First Lady Michelle Obama on the way.

When not racing, Andy has been working with the rest of the WyndyMilla team training the Royal Bank of Canada team for the V series which is an annual race around Canary Wharf in September 2016.

Andy races a WyndyMilla Massive Attack and trains on a Massive Attack AL.

Lucia Bruton

New to The Crew in mid-2016, Lucia found her passion for cycling in 2014, and is now focusing on designing, painting and racing bikes.

Lucia studied Architecture at Westminster Uni. After graduating she found herself jumping between countries spending her time designing, cycling and skiing. Three years later she found WyndyMilla and is dedicated in helping create the best and most unique bikes around.

If you don’t see her covered in paint or designing, keep an eye out, you’ll most likely find her hammering around the Surrey Hills in some bright pink WyndyMilla Kit.

David Barnes Page

Our bike fitter and bike designer, David Barnes Page, has seven years industry experience, and redefines the recipe of cycle fitting.

Before WyndyMilla, David worked in Specialized’s Body Geometry Fit programme and has had a passion of bicycles and bike mechanics since his teens. David is our ‘ear to the ground’ for all bike technology gossip. We’re pretty sure he knew about eTAP even before SRAM did….

David studied Biomechanics of Sport, Analysis in Sports Biomechanics, Structural Kinesiology and Applied Sports Science at Loughborough University’s Sports Technology Institute, and Manufacturing Design, Materials and Manufacturing Processes and Computer Aided Design at Wolfson School of Engineering.

David rides a prototype WyndyMilla Massive Attack SL.

George Bounds

George joined us in the latter end of 2015 as part of our weekend team, and he is truly at home behind our coffee machine chatting to customers.

A keen cyclist himself who found his passion for the sport following on from the hype of the London 2012 Olympics. This lead to an exploration of all areas of the sport from multi-day long distance touring rides to the youth national time trial championships.

You'll be sure to spot George in store, ducking under door frames and whipping up cappuccinos!

Danielle Forshaw

Danielle, our Sunday girl, only started riding a bike in 2015. Within 8 months she had progressed from the gentle slopes of South London to the lunar heights of Mont Ventoux.

Danielle moved to Surrey to study Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Surrey pursuing her career as a Sports Dietitian. If you see her at WyndyMilla and don't know your low GI from your cherry pie, she would be more than happy to help.

When not out hunting gradients on WyndyMilla club rides, racing with the women's club team or scaling 'Le col de Coursework', she can be found making a mean cappuccino back at the WyndyMilla HQ.

Danielle trains on a Giant Liv Avail 1, and races on a WyndyMilla Massive Attack.

Luke Barkaway

Luke has finally escaped the dungeons of London bicycle workshops and has now found freedom at our new shop location, Kingdom in Penshurst.

Here he will be spearheading and promoting WyndyMilla bikes and clothing ahead of the launch of the road track that awaits installation. With over 8 years of workshop experience and full Cytech accreditation, Luke will be able to look after your bike and also give you some riding tips for the off road parts of Kingdom.

Trained as a Mountain Bike Skills Instructor and CTC group leader, Luke has been coaching off road MTB skills for over 3 years in the Surrey Hills. He also teaches Bike Ability ( Cycle Profficency) and maintenance classes for beginners or interested parties. An enthusiastic rider with a friendly approach to bike life.

Luke rides a Bird Cycleworks Aeris, a Chesini Road Bike and a NS Hardtail.
