Shipping Information

If you place your website order before 3pm Monday to Friday we will do our best to send it out the same day. Otherwise, it'll be dispatched the next working day. Weekend orders are shipped on the following Monday.

* These delivery estimates are provided by Royal Mail but customs checks and local courier processing in some countries may result in longer shipping times. If you're concerned that your order is delayed please email

Please note: Depending on the value of your order and country you live in, you may be liable for customs charges or local import duties as levied by the carrier on behalf of the local customs authority. This is a legal requirement and the charges are the buyer's responsibility.

All items are shipped from our UK warehouse. A confirmation email will be sent out once your order has been dispatched with a link to order tracking.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, either for UK or Rest of the World, we will contact you to check the address but reserve the right to charge postage for re-delivery.

Unfortunately we are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Please make sure your shipping address does not use one.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We cannot accept returns on customised and/or painted items except for repair or replacement, at our sole discretion, if they are faulty. All goods must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

  1. Gift cards
  2. Vouchers

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds can be granted:

  1. Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  2. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping

WyndyMilla offer a free returns service from the following countries. Please contact us to request a Returns Label and we will email one to you (we are trialling not printing them automatically to save on trees).

You will need to pay your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance in case your item goes missing in transit.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] to request a Returns Label or, if you are outside our free returns region, send your item to:
